Art Director/Senior Designer

You’ll Involve in

Ideate, craft and execute original and creative concepts that seamlessly integrate client briefs with our overarching business objectives, ensuring a consistent delivery of our promise of creative excellence and professional integrity.
Lead and actively participates in brainstorming sessions.
Present, share and review creative work. Confident in explaining and justifying creative concepts.
Lead the management of multiple projects, and work closely with internal and external parties including clients, internal team and third-party vendors, to ensure smooth progress from start to finish.
Stay updated on latest social media & industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
Lead & manage junior/intern designers.

Job Requirements

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Art/Design/Visual Communication/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
4-5 years of agency experience and visual communication field
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects/InDesign or other mainstream design software.
Familiar with social media platforms and their advertising requirements (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, XHS, LinkedIn, Twitter etc)
Great at communicating and confident in presentations.
Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, meticulous and willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and workflow.
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be a bonus.
Versatile in working independently and cooperatively within team dynamics.

Great at communicating and confident in presentations. Able to pitch ideas to clients, brief and discuss with internal team members.
Strong time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders with shifting priorities.
